You may wish to consider how big an event you want this to be.

Option 1: The whole Passover Seder will take circa 2/3 hours. This includes a full meal (chicken, potatoes, etc.) served towards the end of the Haggadah reading.

Option 2: Presentation of traditional food only and reading Haggadah. This will take no more than 1 hour.

Both the above options require some food preparation by the participating churches and appropriate seating (+ crockery & cutlery) for all participants.

Option 3: This option requires no preparation on your part. You will hear a talk describing the link between Passover and Easter giving some details of Passover Seder as well.
